Short Log with rough notch , positioned with adjustable Wedge for final scribe.

A scriber is one of the most important tools for logbuilding. Equipped with two levels, it transforms the contours of the lower log to the upper one.

After marking the log, cutouts are made along the lines of the scriber, to create a fit over the lower log.

Once the cutout is made close to the line, the remaining wood is removed by a brushing motion with the tip of the chainsaw.
